• Enrollment Deadline: Saturday, November 14.
• Effective Date: Elections take effect on January 1, 2027, and can’t be changed until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying life event, such as loss of health coverage or a household or residence change.

Quick reminders before you enroll:

• Action Required: Most elections carry over to next year, but if you are enrolled in the UMR PPO plan, an HSA, an FSA or optional AD&D coverage, you must re-enroll or you will lose that coverage.
• Review & Submit: Review your elections, confirm your dependents and beneficiaries are up to date, and click Submit.
• Save or print your confirmation statement.
