You can use virtual care for mental health services.

Can I really see a doctor from my couch?

Yes. Or your hotel room. Or your camper in the middle of the woods (assuming you have wifi or phone service). Your medical plan offers access to virtual care whenever you need it — from wherever you are. You’ll instantly connect to doctors, therapists and primary care providers from your phone, tablet or laptop. It’s confidential and easy.

If it’s a life-threatening or serious emergency, go to your nearest emergency room or call 911.

Use virtual care when…

A doctor or licensed nurse practitioner can treat colds, flu, fever, sore throat, allergies, sinus infections, rashes, pink eye, ear infections, UTIs — anything that’s not an emergency but can’t wait.

Licensed therapists or psychiatrists offer support for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, medication management and ongoing therapy. The EAP also offers mental health virtual visits — the first 5 (per issue, per year) are free.

If you’re traveling inside the U.S., you can use virtual care so you can get back to your trip.
