Thanks for making Caliber a part of your career journey.
You may enroll in COBRA if you need to continue your medical, dental or vision coverage.
Some benefits end as of your end date with Caliber and some run through the remainder of the month during which you leave.
Some changes give you the opportunity to enroll in benefits. You’ll have 30 days to take action from your benefits eligibility date.
If your job change means you’re transitioning out of Caliber, you’ll receive details about your benefits end dates, COBRA options for medical, dental, and vision, retirement plan access and how to keep or transfer certain accounts.
Use any remaining Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds before your last day of work (submit any final claims incurred before your separation date within 90 days of leaving).
If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), you can continue to use your HSA funds tax-free for eligible expenses even after you change jobs, though administrative charges may apply.
And your 401(k)? That’s yours to keep! You’ll be able to take that with you and can transfer your vested balance into another qualified investment account, even with a new employer. To access your 401(k), your status needs to be updated in Workday. Status changes are sent to Empower weekly, on Monday, for all changes that occurred the prior week.
Confirm that your mailing address in Workday is correct to ensure you receive tax forms and any other communications we may need to send you. Remember to keep your address updated with Caliber until you receive your final W2 and 1095-C for the last year you worked.
Be aware of when your benefits end:
