If you have an event that makes you eligible to enroll, you have 30 days to enroll in benefits.
If you don't enroll as a new hire, you’ll automatically receive some company-paid benefits, like basic Life and AD&D insurance, and you’ll also be enrolled in voluntary short-term disability (if you don’t want this coverage, you need to opt out through the Benefits Enrollment Center).
For teammates new to Caliber, after 30 days, you’re automatically enrolled in the 401(k) plan at a 2% pre-tax contribution amount, unless you opt out or elect a different amount.
