Physical health

Taking care of your physical health is incredibly important to your overall well-being. Preventive carePreventive CareThese are healthcare services aimed at preventing diseases and maintaining health. Caliber's health plans cover a set of specific preventive services at no cost to you. and services, including annual checkups, screenings and routine vaccinations, can help identify potential health concerns early, support long-term wellness and keep you feeling your best.

All of our medical plans also offer virtual care 24/7/365 so you always have access to care whenever you need it.

Mental health

Reach out to our Employee Assistance Program, SupportLinc, for a wide variety of well-being resources. Through confidential counseling (you get 5 free sessions per issue per year), expert guidance and a variety of wellness resources, it can help you navigate emotional, financial, legal, family and work-related challenges and build healthy habits for the future.

Your household members and children (up to age 26, whether they live with you or not) can also use it.

Your Caliber medical plan covers:

  • Psychiatric care
  • Inpatient and outpatient treatment
  • Support on navigating your plan and its benefits (healthcare concierge)

Financial health

Building a strong financial future is easier when you have support along the way. Explore the many tools, resources and benefits available through Caliber to help you save, plan and work toward your financial goals.

Empower is designed to help you make confident decisions and gives you access to retirement planning tools, financial education resources, investment guidance and personalized support. You’re automatically enrolled in a 401(k) through Empower and Caliber matches 50% of your contributions, up to 6% (that’s a total match of 3%) on pre-tax and/or Roth post-tax contributions (up to IRS maximums).

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides access to free and confidential financial counseling with unlimited 30-minute sessions. They can also connect you to experts for budgeting, debt, financial planning and legal advice (like basic consultations and referrals). Your household members (like your spouse/domestic partnerDomestic PartnerYour domestic partner is someone you have a committed, intimate relationship with, shares your primary residence, and is at least 18 years old.) and children (up to age 26, whether they live with you or not) can also use it.

  • Tax-Advantaged Accounts set aside money from your paycheck before any federal and most state and local taxes are applied. Through both the HSA and FSAs, you can access funds for eligible expenses, and the HSA can even help you save for retirement.

  • Community America offers more than a free checking account and can help with buying a car or home, planning for retirement or sending your kid to college.

  • Findhelp.org is a free online resource that connects people with local support services in their community.
  • Dialing 211 connects you to a free, confidential helpline that routes you to local community and social services.
