You’ll need documentation to enroll your new spouse or domestic partnerDomestic PartnerYour domestic partner is someone you have a committed, intimate relationship with, shares your primary residence, and is at least 18 years old., like your marriage certificate or an Affidavit of Domestic Partnership.
Enroll in or update your benefits through the Benefits Enrollment Center.
If you get married or declare a domestic partnership:
You can also enroll the child(ren) of a covered spouse/domestic partner (up to age 26), and children with disabilities who became disabled on or before age 26.

You can update your last name through Teammate Services by calling 1-877-ASK-CALI (1-877-275-2254) or submitting a HUB ticket.

You may also want to review your tax filing status and make any applicable changes to your W-4 in Workday.
Finally, this is also a good time to look at increasing your 401(k) contributions to support your financial future or short-term goals like purchasing a home.
