The vision plan doesn’t require an ID card.

When you go to get your eyes checked or to purchase glasses/contacts, you’ll just provide some personal information so your coverage can be located.

  • Pay just a $39 (or less) copay on a routine retinal screening as an enhancement to a regular eye exam.
