Losing a loved one is never easy. Whether you’re a Caliber teammate grieving the loss of a family member or a family member navigating the loss of a loved one who worked at Caliber, this page can help you find the resources, benefits information and support available to you.

If you’re a teammate who lost a loved one, you may need to enroll in or update your benefits through the Benefits Enrollment Center. And if you’ve lost a family member who was a teammate at Caliber, you’ll need to contact us by calling the Caliber Benefits Center at 1-844-347-8941 or sending an email to BenefitsGroup@calibercollision.com

If an immediate family member passes away and they were covered under Caliber’s medical, dental and/or vision plans:

When you lose someone you love, you may need or want some time away from work. You may have time away options, including bereavement, available vacation time and unpaid leave of absence.
Losing a family member or a friend is a difficult, uncertain moment — and you have support. Reach out to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to access free and confidential resources, grief counseling or support groups, and connect with a licensed clinician (you get 5 free sessions per issue per year).
If you've lost a family member who was a Caliber teammate:
If an immediate family member passes away who works for Caliber, and you or your dependents were covered under their medical, dental or vision plans, you’ll be provided the opportunity to continue your medical coverage through COBRA continuation. A letter on how to enroll in COBRA will be sent to you, and any other dependents, through the US Mail.
