What’s covered

Through the legal plan, you can get representation and support with things like:

  • Will and estate planning
  • Traffic fines
  • Family matters (adoption, divorce, name change, premarital agreements)
  • Real estate matters
  • Debt collection
  • Civil trial defense (limited)
  • Power of attorney

The plan also offers help negotiating settlements, drafting legal agreements and regulation compliance. Participants are eligible for up to 20 hours of divorce consulting and 20 hours of reproductive services consulting.

How it works

The plan fully covers attorney fees related to your legal matter. You’re only responsible for a small premiumPremiumWhat you pay per paycheck for coverage under a health plan. You pay this no matter what to stay covered. that comes out of your paycheck.

To learn more, view the attorney network or grant your dependents access, create an account. Even if you don’t enroll, you can still access a self-help library for completing simple legal forms.

Cost of coverage

Legal plan coverage is $4.04 per week.

How to enroll

You can enroll as a new hire, if you have a qualifying life event (like marriage, divorce, or welcoming a child) or during Open Enrollment each year.
